- provide proof of defective product or fulfillment mistake with proper pictures of the products
- only once we go through your email and confirm to you that the item is defective/wrong order your can send the return shipment to us

- Product Is Used, Damaged, Or Is Not In The Same Condition As You Received It.
- Specific Categories Like Innerwear, Lingerie, Socks And Clothing Freebies Etc.
- Anything Missing From The Package You Have Received Including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies And Accessories.
- Fragile Items, Hygiene Related Items.
- Food And Perishable Items.
Process After The Return Request Is Accepted
- Once We Receive The Returned Product From You, We Will Do The Needful Quality Check.
- Any Shipping charges That May Have Been Incurred By The Courier Company to and fro Cannot Be Refunded
- A store credit will be given equivalent to the amount to of the returned products, after the shipping charges incurred have been deducted
- Unfortunately we do not give refund for return items. Only store credit with be provided after the return request has been accepted
Cancel Order Before Receiving
- We are happy to exchange your products or give you a store credit if you wish to cancel the order, before your order has been shipped by us.
- But unfortunately we do not refund after the payment has been made.

If Nomadic Camel has cancelled your order, due to the above mentioned reasons then a refund will be processed within 7-14days in the same mode of payment.
